Book Launch } Celebrate Green!

October 9, 2008

Meet 2 fab ladies (who happen to be a mother and daughter team) and who have co-authored a one of a kind book about how to create celebration and tradition around holidays in an affordable, green way, and a way to bring the family closer together in the process, a way to bring deeper meaning to the table.

Daughter Cory and Mother Lynn

Cory and Lynn

Meet daughter, Corey Colwell-Lipson and her mother, Lynn Colwell.

They are looking to make a difference and make it BIG!  I LOVE this and I love these ladies!  Not only are they completely wonderful to talk and hang out with, but they are just loaded with fun and meaningful ideas of how to make this all happen, bringing meaning to the table in an affordable, eco-friendly way.

And thus was conceived their baby, the book Celebrate Green! Creating Eco-saavy Holidays, Celebrations and Traditions for the Whole Family.

This is simply NOT a book to be missed.  So now that I’ve peaked your perky little eyebrows, go have some fun on their website…and if you are REALLY inspired, sign up to help “babysit” and “raise” their baby!  If you are a blogger, you can sign up to be on their blog tour, of which I am on.  Each day, readers view blogs on the itinerary for the day.  So not only do we learn about Celebrate Green!, but we learn more about each other and what other fun things people are doing out there!

Corey and Lynn – They are about networking, family, traditions, celebrations, connections, supporting each other and all the while, taking care of our Mother Earth as well!

Read more about their story and the book on their website,!
